All of the video DVDs produced by Larry Trocha are guaranteed against defects. If you purchase a DVD that will not play, you may return it for a working replacement within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will pay all shipping charges for the replacement.

Recommended or Guest Trainer Videos

The “recommended” or “guest trainer” videos are guaranteed against defects. If you receive a video or DVD that won’t play or rewind properly, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a replacement. We will pay all shipping charges for the replacement video. Tack and Equipment

All tack and equipment is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. If you receive a defective item, return it “unused” within 30 days of purchase for a replacement. We will pay all shipping charges for the replacement. Call customer service for replacement authorization. 209-642-2804.

In other words, if you use the tack, we can’t re-sell it… so you can’t return it.
